Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to written confirmation and stock availability.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Payment terms are as agreed per account; Cube2 reserves the right to require payment before dispatch.
5. Delivery & risk
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes on full payment.
6. Age-restricted products
Tobacco and vaping products are supplied to the licensed trade only and are not for sale to persons under 18.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
